Terms and Conditions

  1. General:
    1. hahashu.co.za “The Company” (Registration: Umhlaba Wethu Furniture PTY LTD - 2013/051893/07) accepts no liability for any loss incurred from the purchase and/or use of the goods for any reason whatsoever;
    2. The Company is excluded from any loss or damages of whatsoever nature howsoever caused whether or not caused by any form of negligence/oversight of The Company, its staff, agents or any other person acting on behalf of The Company;
  2. Sale Conditions:
    1. The customer will be liable for delivery costs for all goods returned whether for reasons of defect or exchange;
    2. Included delivery options are eligible for Gauteng only, any deliveries outside of Gauteng will be quoted for on a case by case basis;
    3. A 7 elapsed day cool-off period is provided for. If the customer requires, the goods can be returned during this period for a full refund, after transport costs. Should the original packaging not be provided, this cost will be offset at well. Should the goods be damaged in any way, a suitable cost will be negotiated with the customer to offset the damage. The original invoice must be produced for returns.
    4. Refunds will be settled within 3 working days of return and confirmation of settlement;
    5. Refunds will be paid to a valid South African bank account only;
    6. For health reasons, beds (base sets) will not be exchanged or refunded, a used purchase can be negotiated for these;
  3. Payment options accepted:
    1. Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards or by bank transfer into the hahashu.co.za bank account via EFT;
    2. Orders paid via EFT will only begin processing once the funds have cleared;
    3. We will accept Cash on Delivery for orders up to a value of R 2,000.00;
    4. Card (MasterCard or Visa) payment on delivery - you can settle your payment by presenting a valid debit or credit card on delivery of your order.
  4. Warranty:
    1. Goods carry a minimum 6 month and up to 15 year warranty depending on the item;
    2. Defective goods covered by warranty will be collected, repaired and delivered at the cost of the customer;
    3. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice.
  5. Customer privacy policy:
    1. hahashu.co.za shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
